When will my regular service be performed?
Our office staff will give you a reminder call a day or two before we are scheduled to service your home. Services are not always scheduled on the same day of the week or month but rather, scheduled to allow for the most efficient routes within a certain time period. This allows us to keep our rates down and our customers happy.
Do we have to be home for the service to be performed?
No, the majority of our customers are not home when we do their service. As long as the exterior is accessible (gates unlocked, dogs put in, etc.) service can be performed in a customer’s absence.
What happens if pests get inside in between services?
Our guarantee is that you will be pest free! Simply call the office and we will schedule a time to service the problem areas of your home at no charge.
What happens if the technician is unable to service the backyard?
If a technician is unable to access a backyard, the front yard will be services and the technician will leave a written explanation of what took place on the invoice. The customer is responsible for scheduling another appointment for the backyard to be serviced – a service to finish the backyard is performed at no charge.
What do you do when it’s raining?
Each time a technician services your home they will use materials designed specifically for that day’s weather. Golden Hills Pest Control stocks materials for use in variable weather conditions including extreme heat and heavy rain, making your pest control service effective regardless of the weather conditions.
When is my payment due?
Payment is due at time of service. A $10 late fee will be applied to all services that remain unpaid after 10 days. Payment can be made by cash or check to your technician at the time of service, by mail, or on our website via credit/debit card or echeck.
What do I do if I’m not satisfied with my pest control service?
Please communicate with us. If we don’t hear from you, we assume that service is being performed to your satisfaction. If you are ever unhappy with pest control service results, please call and explain the problem so we can resolve the issue and serve you better in the future.
